Most people do not know about the components that go into a computer that allows it to function. You might even be reading this blog from a computer, many of your friends and family may have their own personal computers. People nowadays should know more about the machine that powers our society. Knowing how to use a device is one aspect, knowing how to maintain that device or machine is another and computers are no exception. An example would be that while writing this piece from a Chromebook there is a noticeable delay between words. Although when writing with a different laptop and location there is considerably less delay do you know why?
Uses in life
Just as how the printing press was the great innovation of the 1400s computers currently are great inventions that form the backbone of our current society, as most if not every job requires and relies on computers to operate. Some examples would be graphic designers, software engineers, and cyber security technicians all of whom use computers on a daily basis. This varsity of jobs shows how common computers have become and that in order to keep up with social advancements people should know how these machines work and function together.
What Makes up a computer?
There are many aspects that make up a computer varying from the ram, CPU and the motherboard. These components shape the devices that we use everyday and the knowledge of what make them up should be common knowledge. the wiring behind a PC, the maintenance of keyboard pad, and the comfort of a wrist rest are all part of the process of computer assembly.

Technical or operational issues that could be solved in seconds could cost hundreds when asking for a technician and so this blog hopes to inform and better mine and other people knowledge on computers.
